Please make sure that your ID copy:

• Is certified within the last 6 months and the certification date is clear
• Is not password-protected
• Shows all your details (name, picture, and ID number) clearly and is readable. The ID copy should not be too dark, too light, or have a blur
• If you have a smart card ID, both sides of the smart card need to be certified
• Matches the details entered on your profile (e.g. same name, surname & ID number) Is a scanned copy and not a picture or a screenshot
• Is not cut off in any way. The whole ID must be visible in the copy

Household member ID number explanation

We need your sponsor's ID number to work out your combined household family income. The combined annual household family income is one of the minimum requirements we need to check for all students who create a profile on Feenix.
The ID numbers you submit must be of anybody who is over 18 in your household/family. The person does not have to be employed.
Our service provider will use the ID number you submit to check your combined annual family income

• Reflects all the subjects and the marks obtained in matric
